Biography:
Jason’s practice focuses on Real Estate Law, Corporation/Commercial Law and Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Estates.
He received his Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the bar in 2002 and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Simcoe County Law Association. Jason has also assisted and volunteered with various local community organizations and charities.
Jason is a proud husband and father of three children. Most of all, he enjoys spending his free time with his family, skiing, golfing, hiking, and being outdoors.

Nicole M. Vaillancourt
Biography:
Nicole’s practice focuses on Family Law, Employment Law, General Litigation, and Wills, Powers of Attorneys and Estate Administration/Estate Litigation.
Nicole received her Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, and her Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the bar in 2008, and is a member of various legal organizations, including as a certified Collaborative Family Law Professional. She has been a speaker at many events both for other lawyers and also for community events. Nicole has volunteered her time with the local Rotary Club and as a Board member of the Collingwood General Marine Hospital.
Nicole, her partner and her son enjoy all that Collingwood has to offer it’s residents. She enjoys travelling, spending time on Georgian Bay, and camping.
